South Phoenix’s Scheduled Commuter Flight Operations utilize YS-11 sixty (60) seater
Turbo-prop aircrafts based in Zamboanga city and caters to the country’s backdoor
traffic (traders and Overseas Filiipino Workers) linking Southern Philippines to
the BIMP-EAGA (Brunei-Indonesia-Malaysia-Philippines East Asean Growth Area) region.
A Commercial Partnership with Astro Air International helped the company achieve
this type of A.O.(Administrative Order) 121 “Scheduled Flights” type of operation
while outstanding maintenance crew and pilots provided by Aboitiz One Inc. guarantees
safety, reliability, and on-time departure and arrival of every flight. Majority
of the company’s General Sales Agents were provided by the respective destinations’
local government heads and leaders in pursuit of the company’s low-cost and developmental
airline initiatives.
